Zoellc provides warranty service for the specified categories of products in the event of quality issues or non-human-caused problems.

*Any warranty requests submitted after the expiration date will not be accepted.(Effective from the date of delivery of the goods）

  • Refund: Partial refund / Full refund / Return and refund
  • Reship: Resend the partial parts / Resend a new product
  • Repair: Repair locally and provide invoices to reimburse expenses.

 

Please take note of the following information regarding our warranty policy:

  1. For products purchased with significant promotional discounts (half-and-above discounts, free gifts, giveaways, etc.), refunds are the only available option in case of quality issues.

  2. Customers are responsible for natural product degradation due to wear and tear, as well as any breakage or damage that occurs during use. These issues are not covered by our warranties.

  3. Warranty will be rendered invalid immediately if the product is damaged or misused by the customer. In such cases, no compensation will be provided.

  4. Proof, such as pictures or videos, is required for non-human quality problems.

Please be aware that the warranty will be invalid if the customer operates the product under the following circumstances:

  • Modifying, deleting, customizing, or exchanging product components
  • Using the device in an inappropriate manner
  • Continuing to use the item once a fault occurs and causes further damage.
